Stoke are much more organised and defensively stronger with Lambert. They were shipping goals under Hughes. We will struggle to score against them if we don't have Salah and Mane/Firmino playing.

Stoke is must win game so let's forget about resting players.

There seems to be a bit of an inevitability to the top 4 for me. If we had have won either game I think Chelsea would have dropped points. Us drawing has given them the initiative. They will win all their remaining games so we really need to win that last game of the season.

One of their remaining games is against us! We're a lot fucking better than any of the dross they'll have to play. Also, we'll be going there as finalists of the champions league! We'll rock up and give em what's what! Fuck that shower of rent boys.

Even a draw at Chelsea will see us finish top four. We will be six points ahead of them, and even if they win both games they have left, our goal difference is about +17 to theirs.

We will play a full side against Chelsea no matter what happens in Rome. There will be a week to rest after that, and then a long time after that to the CL final (as an aside, that seems too late to me, maybe a slight danger we’ll go off the boil while we wait). Assuming we prevail against Roma...
