Start of the season we would have snatched your arm off to face Roma for a European Cup final spot.

 

Their feeling that we had them off over Salah will definitely add some spice to it from their side though.

It helps that Roma still have work to do domestically too. They won't be able to rest many players in Serie A games as they're still in a battle with Lazio and Inter for the two remaining CL places.

Real are pretty much guaranteed top 4 and Bayern have already won their league.

They will play their Derby on Sunday, then play the Wed and Saturday too before playing us. The date is also on their website as playing us on the Tuesday and the 2nd leg on the Wednesday

That's because we're a decent favourite to make the final in the first place whereas the other game is 50/50. We'll be the underdog in the final, if we get there, whoever we play.

Tom McCarron: Roma are very solid in defence and will definitely park the bus as it were whilst also being great on the counter like all good Italian teams can. Not an "easy" draw by any means


 


Gazarelda: For those writing off Roma, at home this season they have played Barca, Chelsea and Atletico - scored 6 conceded 0


 


Chuks CK: believe you me, Liverpool vs Roma is the blockbuster game. Two teams with extraordinary home ground and record. I'd fancy Roma to go through. You heard it here first.


 


Doctor Joker: Underestimate Roma at your peril. They are a very good team. Capable of beating anyone on their day. Need zero complacency.
