Liverpool aren’t feeding any journos any target info In press conferences and She constantly talks about targets like the other no nothing journos/people out thier trying to make out she’s clued up.

She know as much as the majority of them.

To reiterate I’m talking about transfers not common stuff that comes out of the club in press conferences hence my original reply to Ne Moe.

ARSENAL AMONG MEYER SUITORS

Arsenal are among five clubs who have been offered the chance to sign Max Meyer this summer, reports Bild.

Meyer will officially become a free agent upon the expiry of his contract at Schalke on June 30.

Arsenal have been informed Meyer wants more than £4m-a-year in wages to commit to a new club, but the Gunners are unwilling to match those demands

Wonder if he is worth a punt

Anyone else thinks Reddy has been reading this thread?

The fact you’re a female doesn’t detract from your opinion on football. But your voice definitely fucking means I don’t want to listen to it ‘love’.

Genuinely thought this too.

It's nothing against her, it's just an annoying sound. There's another fella on TAW too who talks over people which equally does my nut in.

Iya Reddy.

Would Jurgen be interested if Meyer is allegedly more interested in his signing on fee and wages.

Yeah its not like he is asking for mental money

Be worth bringing in on a free.

This whole Fekir saga is mental.

Lyon deffo want rid, they can't stop linking him with other clubs, Spurs,Chelsea,Real and now Utd all linked by Lyon to deals. Seems they are either trying to force our hand or they know his knee is fucked long term and want rid. Be interesting if we our just letting it play out and coming back in later with a lower offer to get a deal done.  Could easy see a undisclosed fee agreed with a high overall fee based on clauses as Lyon will claim the full number they may never get

The reason them 3 were guaranteed starters was because of the massive drop off. We need somebody of a similar ability and they'll get plenty of games.

Instead of having 3 players playing 40 games we'll have 4 players playing 30 games I can't see any potential signings thinking that's not enough.

I reckon Ings might have done well under Klopp if it wasn't for all the injuries, he's a hard worker and might have reached a level or 2 above the player we signed, unfortunately his prime years for improving and reaching his potential have passed by so not much can be done now.

This.

Take the international breaks and the games inbetween european games as an example - often our flattest performances and worst results followed these because of either 1. Us having to play deeply mediocre players in key positions or 2. Playing clearly tired players like Firmino in an early kick off 2 days after playing after he had been on a flight halfway around the world or run himself into the ground in a European tie.

We often struggled when we had 3 games in a week and after international breaks...better options would improve us in this and IMO be the difference between challenging for top 4 and challenging for the title.

Our domestic cup performances have been poor too and this needs to improve.

More than enough footy to as you say support 2/3 good additions in key areas and keep them all fresh and happy and not have the massive drop off we currently have.

We were also pretty lucky in terms of the front 3 staying pretty injury free in the main last season - it may not be same this.
