If we get Fekir sorted and they sign Arnautovic I will be pissing myself. Their heads will be falling off.

I’m loving this recruitment drive from Klopp. Hopefully he gets his targets. Hendo and all our other nice lads must be sweating.

This is likely bullshit but anyway:

Liverpool will attempt to sign Barcelona’s backup goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen this summer, according to reports in the Spanish press.

El Mundo Deportivo reports the English club are hoping to refresh their goalkeeping options in the wake of Saturday’s Champions League final defeat.

An agent acting on behalf of Liverpool has reportedly approached Barca regarding the Dutch goalkeeper’s availability, but it was made clear there would be no negotiating down the €60m release clause.

Cillessen, 29, joined Barca from Ajax in 2016 but has struggled to dislodge Marc-Andre Ter Stegen from the number one spot and has made just two La Liga appearances across two seasons.

Liverpool are reportedly willing to sell first-choice goalkeeper Lorius Karius following his errors in Saturday’s defeat to Real Madrid.

Cillessen’s current deal with the Blaugrana runs until June 2021 but said last month: “I love this club, but I am a professional and I want to play more than 10 games every season, it's that simple.”

60 million Euro for a player who you signed for 15 million and who hardly plays - hmmmm...

8 clean sheets in 15 games played for Barca.. wasted there

Mancs will get Bale nailed on. He's mancs through and through, not what they need, expensive household name designed to placate rather than form part of a plan.

Shit coats strategy is starting to stand out like a sore thumb. I’ll never write those cunts off but the way his does business ans sets up teams is starting to look really obvious and tired.

At years end Klopp said something like - Moreno can play any position on the field, including the 10 and is the best shooter in the squad -- makes you wonder.

If he is trying to offload him, he's not going to say

"Albert is a complete Buffoon who is stealing a living..... the boy takes his dog for a walk on a hoverboard for fucks sake..... Scheise"

Signing him for £100M on a 5 year, million-pounds-a-fortnight contract, briefly before he finally succumbs to that long-term injury, would make me laugh myself to death like one of the weasels in Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

Fuck them. He's unsettled - unsettle him more and do the shitty tactics they always use. Get VVD to tell him how great it is here, and how he is wanted. Let him start phoning in sick like Coutinho did. Maybe he can say how his family misses the northern Europe culture and weather?

In the 70's and 80's, when we were in our pomp, even then it wasn;t about money or budgets, it was about buying the right player and getting it done and under the radar.

The policy used to be two in, two out and those who came in were better than those who left.

We won titles, cups and challenged perenially while the Mancs squandered fortunes on Remi Moses, Jesper Olsen, Peter Davenport and other flavours of the previous season.

Whilst back then, we probably only had two realistic challengers and the whole landscape was different, in some ways things remain the same.

It's about getting the right player, targetting a player for the position that requires the most urgent upgrade and watch rivals piss money up the wall.

I'm just hoping that Fabinho is a step in that direction and that United really are trying to pay 50m for Arnautovic and 100m for Bale and Mourinho, the mental little fuck, goes some long way towards bankrupting them before he inevitably brings football into disrepute again and gets fucked off.

The striker of the France team should leave Lyon this summer. The club of the North of England proposed about 60 M €.

Like many Blues, Nabil Fekir would like his future to be settled before the World Cup . He has a good exit from Lyon and the interest of Liverpool is so urgent that it remains a strong possibility. The finalist of the Champions League has as planned started concrete discussions with the OL . According to our information, it provided a first offer of around € 60 million, which does not yet fully meet Lyon's expectations.

As for Lyon, we are not sure that the deal is concluded before the entry of the Blues in competition (June 16). Because the discussions are still far from over, because some details are also to be settled in the entourage of the 24-year-old striker ... and because OL is not in such a hurry.

His rating could still rise

Reinforced by the manna ensured by the Champions League next season and its good financial health, the club does not feel in a hurry. Fekir's performance against Ireland (2-0) also suggested internally that his odds could still skyrocket during the competition. The wait also carries some risk, for example in case of injury, but Liverpool will probably have to be even more convincing to force the lock before the World Cup
