I wouldn't know anything about this sort of thing because I refuse to use services whereby you can watch copyrighted material without paying, but a friend of mine once told be about a website called cartoonhd.biz that apparently streams to pretty much all devices you can think of.

 

This friend of mine was quite adamant that you should not use the cartoonHD app that is/was available on the app store because it's dodgy, and not related to the website I reluctantly posted above.

 

Never used it. Never would. Seems to me the kind of place where you should only click on 'Watch' and not 'Download' though.
