Any win will do, it's a trophy we can and should look to be winning.  I'm not sure if I'd prefer another heartbreaking last minute Mane winner after 89 minutes of hope for them, or a humiliating hosing for their fat spunkbag of a manager.  No Salah or Coutinho makes me think the former of the two options is more likely.

We'll fucking lose now.

We get an early goal and they have to change their plan, only they don't have a plan B. They get utterly smashed. By half time most have left the stadium, by 70 minutes fully grown pig farmers are in tears.

Another year the cuckoo clock stands alone.

Lots of "no coutinho, no salah and mane will be fucked' talk from our blue friends....as well as 8,000 blues will roar them on to a famous victory, outsinging and outshouting all the tourists and norwegians....

The giddiness has started - get them put back in their boxes, reds.

We tried that last time! They stuck to their shitty plan A and nicked a goal, can’t see it happening tonight though. We’ll get a 1-0 win.

I imagine all 11 of them will be staying firmly in their box for 89 of the 90 minutes.

Hopefully we put them away fairly quickly so we can get back to talking about the transfer window.

And hopefully Klopp whispers into Manes ear that he needs to square it across the goal next time.

My worry is simple , without all of the usual suspects we have no goals whatsoever in the team. The likes of Solanke, Lallana , AOC , Can and Wijnaldum all have their merits but not are not the type of player you can rely on to score in a tight game.

Is Sturridge injured again ? ( Gets ready for comments re Ursine faecal matters )

Everton manager Sam Allardyce: "While security in the Premier League is always the priority, we are in the position where we go for it.

"It's not a league game, there are no points available, it's win or bust. It's simple as that.

"It's a cup game, it's different to the Premier League, there's less pressure. It's a glory game and you go out and seek the glory and try to win it."

Fucking hope so, they'll get battered unless he parks the bus.

Our 2 best players out is a pisser. Won't be as easy as many on here predict but we should win,

Allardyce will park the bus for sure as he will think, probably rightly, we will struggle to break them down without Phil and Mo,  Patience required from everyone.

Mane trained this morning.

No issues so should be playing tonight.

Get him back on tbe right imo. Salah terrorised that Everton LB in the league

Yeah definitely, he's better on the right, and his first game back on that side in a while he also got screamer of a goal. Hopefully he tries to make a case for playing there more often.
