If you are going to eat meat just get yourself something proper like a steak,not those laxatives called burgers they sell everywhere. Stick the steak on barms if you like but make sure its proper meat,unlike those patty things.

You sound like you're stuck in the 80s, when burgers were rancid offcuts. These days, there's little need for there to be any difference between steak and a burger. You take your steak, or various cuts, grind it, and make a burger out of it. In fact, I much prefer a good burger over a steak. Better blend of flavours and fats.

As the only 'burger' things I ever see are served in brightly coloured wrappers and advertised by a clown then I will stay averse to those horrible things.
