Andy Robbo should be a great inspiration for any struggling footballer trying to make it as well as being a great story generally. A lad desparate for a career in top football going from the highs of signing for his boyhood club then falling down the footballing ladder before finally getting the opportunity to go on an upward trajectory again.

Since 'a whole new ball game' era was ushered in by Sky, lots of fans just look to the headline signing for the most money. As a club, I think we lost the idea some gems can still be plucked from relative obscurity and made into star players.

Andy's like a cross between Alec Lindsay and Kevin Keegan roled into one, a bargain bucket signing who has not only become instrumental in our play but also contributed massively to the club winning both the Premier League and Champions League.
