Klopp from across the training pitch: 'Hey, Andy, want a new contract?'

Robbo: 'Aye, go'on then'

Klopp: 'How much do you want?'

Robbo: 'Whatever you want really. As long as I can keep getting these Irn Bru from the cafe at lunch'

Klopp: 'Okay, do you want to come and sign it'

Robbo: 'Nah, you can do it Boss'

Done. No fucking about.

I can believe almost all that, except that I don't think he's the kind of fucker who calls his Dinner 'Lunch.'

His attacking play on Monday night was woeful. Him and TAA were pulled up post match as being under par and needs to improve by Klopp.

MOTD tonight waxing lyrical about the attacking qualities of the pair of them (with just a passing mention of our 11 clean sheets in 18 league games).

Yup, much better yesterday, especially Robertson.  Delicious ball to Firmino, who nearly made the most of it.  Actually went past his man on the overlap quite often which was missing against Palace.

He also nearly set up his opposite side for a goal with a brilliant Salah-like run to beat the offside trap. Great stuff.

Is there a better full back in the league currently ?

Certainly not one I’d take over him. Mendy looks great going forward but he got done badly defensively against wolves.

When he launched that Roma player on the sidelines away in Rome I celebrated that like a goal.

Has to be in the discussion for the best Left Back in the World doesn't he?

You'd get Marcelo & Mendy in the conversation when talking about the best attacking LBs around.

But defensively they are both nowhere near as good as Robertson.

In terms of complete Left Back, both attacking-wise & defensively, I'm struggling to think of anyone better.  Maybe Alaba?!
