Don't believe this for one minute. Obviously doesn't want him at Liverpool for some reason.

Reading the book on Klopp you get the impression that in his last year at Dortmund alot of the players didn't fancy his needed work ethic after success and didn't put in the same shift. At least thats how it read to me. Dont think Klopp trusts him to do ehat Firmino does.

Aubameyang is a very good player but I trust Klopp. It would be unbecoming of him to say the whole truth in public, which I would imagine would be something like this: great player, fast, scores goals, work rate has dropped as profile has risen, can be a bit too full of himself which clashes with my ethic where the team is the star, etc.

We need more, no two ways about it, but if Aubameyang is not the one for Klopp he’s had years working with the player to form a qualified opinion.

Ozil signs a new contract at Arse.  Surprised by that.

Me too.

Surely having got to within 4 months of the end of his contract even a £200k increase in his weekly adds another £3m or so in that period , whereas he could write his own cheque as a free agent in June. (Unless he has been given a massive signing-on fee now ? )

Klopp didnt rule out any moves today on out part. Something about it being clear who was available. So who the fuck is he talking about

That quote has been taken out of context. It was initially in response to a question about potential outgoings, to which he responded Ings is not for sale but it's clear who might be available. He was referring to Markovic.

God damn blue noses working on the offal taking his words out of context. Cunts.

Was amazed to see he was still playing when Betis were on Sky the other week. I'm sure at only 36 he could still do a job!

There was a brief glint in the eye of everybody’s favourite cheeky scamp but for once he kept a straight face. Joaquín Sánchez had been talking about how happy he was – and happiness, he said, is fundamental – leaving just enough time for one more question as he stood there, post-match microphone pointing his way. It began with “now you rest” and it was ended there with a shake of the head, cut off quickly. It was late and they were exhausted but he was having none of it; although midnight had come, the night had only just begun. “There will be no rest tonight,” Betis’s captain shot back, deadpan. “Anyone who gets home before five in the morning gets fined.” And with that, he was gone again. Back to the party.

It was Twelfth Night and, oh, what a night. No one has played more La Liga games this century than Joaquín, the man who won one of only three titles in the club’s history, posing with the Copa del Rey wearing nothing but a grin, yet even for him the 127th edition of the Seville derby, probably Spain’s most passionate, was very special, the best of the 17 he has played: a “magical day,” according to the cover of ABC, “ecstasy,” according to Diario de Sevilla.

What a fella.
