This is his fifth season here and he's been shite since day one, with the odd half-decent performance here and there. He's never once looked like stepping up to be a reliable, senior player, which is what he should be by now. He's been an absolute waste of time and money. Guys like Elliott and Jones should be looking at him and pinching themselves to make sure they're not dreaming when this is all that stands in their way. 

 

Say what you want about Oxlade-Chamberlain, he's been a bad signing too, but he at least looked promising at one point, has had bad injuries (unlike Keita, who I've always suspected had a touch of the Sturridges) and actually looked like he gave a fuck at one point. Again, I've never seen much of that from Keita.

This reminds me of the day we bid £30m for Andy Carroll and Newcastle rejected and I was laughing at how they were silly enough to reject it, only for us to be daft enough to bid more! 

 

If Naby is daft enough to reject any contract offer hopefully we aren't daft enough to offer more.

I am not sure even if Naby left we would replace him. Jurgen said we would only be active if someone left or we had bad injuries. 

Now we have had a few injuries he said we will only sign the right player and if they had been available they would have done it by now.

 

What changes if Naby goes? Why would that player be available? Unless the owners won't sanction a move for a player until we sell someone
