The forum has found its new whipping boy it seems. Shame, as he had a solid enough season.

Solid enough season is what you want from a youth team player or a Shaqiri type 10ml signing. You expect more from a player that cost 50ml and gets 120k a week.

He has been a terrible signing

If the Mancs or Arsenal had spent 50ml on him we would be passing ourselves laughing at them

We paid what we paid, but now he’s in the team and he’s contributing. He played really well in that Carabao cup final for example. You’d struggle to find a better 4th choice midfielder on the league IMO.

So, United fans were watching all smug whilst Keita was ripping £52m Fred and his team mates a new one at OT last season?

Was very good against Kante and Kovacic too in the Carabao cup final. He provides us good midfield depth, it’d be idiotic getting rid of him because he skied a shot one time.

If Keita / Jones / Ox are our biggest problems, it shows how good we are.

It's easy to forget how far we've come under Klopp. I know I'm guilty of it sometimes.

Ideally we would move Keita on, but that would mean that we'd potentially need to replace four midfielders next summer!

Keita and Jones fair shouts....there is at the very least a debate to be had...

Oxlade though is absolute shite, a total wage thief and a waste of said wage and squad space.

Moreso what shows how good we are, and spoiled, is that someone like Ox, who will have contributed to a league title and a Champions League finalist run the year after he got here is "a wage thief" because injuries and things haven't gone his way in the last couple seasons. People really have to dig for stuff to get really mad about.

He contributed to the League Cup & FA Cup runs and did his bit while Salah & Mane were away at the AFCON as well.
