Oooooo tense this

Hope SA win for Colt

Same here, can't see it though. Funny old game at times. NZ not under that much pressure table/points wise, but they have somehow showed a lot of nerves in the last 4/5 overs, good bowling mind. I'll be fucked if I'm going to try and spell the name of the lad bowling the Saffa's last over. He's been shit so far...can he redeem himself?

Not the best game skill wise but a great game for excitement, it had everything. That missed edge by the umpire costly. Doffs cap to the groundsman/men for producing that wicket.

Unless rain fucks with results some more, I can see India, England, Australia and New Zealand making the semi-finals, with India and England advancing to the final.

One freak batting effort by Pakistan aside, those two have looked very strong so far. That said, the other two made the final last time around, so will at least have that experience to call on.

Aussie won the toss and will bat first. Bangladesh have chased well of late, should be a cracker as the pitch is very good.

You'd love us to lose, you rogue.

And fair enough too.

In Cricket you are the Auld enemy J. Enjoy anyway.

A lot will depend on how Aussie perform in those middle overs as they have faltered and slowed the RR down in other matches. A lot will depend on wickets in hand though, if these two stick around it would ease those issues. Something isn't right with your batting though, you look great at times and then things just slow down and wickets start falling as they try to up it again.

I've been enjoying Bangladesh's cricket.

That spinner/batsman is ace.

Lack of genuine class, outside of Smith and Warner - only the latter of which is an ODI batsman, and even that's a stretch nowadays.

Bangladesh are getting better, they have some class players.

Plus too much uncertainty surrounding the batting order, certain players being put under unnecessary pressure. Surely it should have been sorted before the tournament started.

Australian cricket is make it up as you go along at the moment - much more concerned with PC behaviour and image... massive over-correction for the ball-fucking-with shit.

Our characteristic ruthlessness is rigidly non-grata these days.

At 98/0 off 16 overs on a good pitch Aus should be looking at 350+ here. I wonder if they get bogged down again in these middle overs.

Here we go, Finch out to a shit shot for 53, 121/1 now. Will this produce the mid innings struggle the Aussies seem to have issues with?

No. Ha.

They could get 360/370 from here. Probably end up with 340/350, which will be at least 50 too many.

Just been out with the dog and on my return Aussies have put on near to 90 runs without loss.

Clarke and Slater waxing lyrical about Warner again, despite having reservations about him early doors and basically looking for excuses about the Aussie team, pair of biffs.

Bangladesh bowling has gone to shit, Aussies hammering them. Should easily get 350+ from here.

Gonna miss their chase as it's a bank holiday over here, so off for a BBQ and a few sociable drinks at friends.

Six overs left. 309/1. Should be 370/380.

Yeah, they've piled the runs on since I last posted, some shit bowling mind, just placing it in an area that plays to Warner's strength and a short boundary. He's out now, good innings from him though. *Spits
