Just got back from the City as I had MRT/MRI scans. The bird who administered the contrast drip was a Kiwi, she smiled and told me NZ had taken 3 early wickets.

Interesting match still, plenty of overs left for India to get these runs, can these two build on their partnership though?

Things just starting to go a little bit the other way.

Wide bowled off the sixth ball of 20th over... then the extra ball hit for four.

The weather might still play a big part in this. India have faced enough overs to class things as a reduced over game, so D/L will come into things should the weather intervene.

Santer gets Pant to a slog, huge wicket for NZ. Definitely favourites now. I can't see Kohli taking a semi final defeat well.

It'll need a famous Dhoni innings from here.

He'll have to up his strike rate dramatically, he's been a slow builder this tournament.

Wanted New Zealand to win and hopefully England join them so we can have the battle of two teams who've never won it

It would be nice. NZ have certainly rode their luck in this tournament. Quite a few of us fancied them doing well, but not in the fashion they have. You could also England have rode their luck, albeit they performed well in their last two games when it mattered and are hitting form at the right time. Never rite the Aussies off though, they certainly have the bowlers and the top order to go all the way.

This is getting interesting now. 81 from 54 balls is doable if these two stay at the crease. NZ commentators not so confident atm.
