There's definitely a City Room exit at the MEN. That's what it says above the door.

 

But, I've seen people saying it's not there too.

 

But,it fits with the description of an explosion at the end of the gig, as that's where people would go, onto the pathway bit, after leaving the main arena.

Girl on my twitter timeline saying that some of the fire doors were closed. Staff were really disorganised and didn't have radios (although in fairness that may have something to do with protocol for radio waves and triggers). She told a staff member to open a fire door or people might get crushed, and was told the fire exit led upstairs and not outside?!
