He hasn't got a hope in hell. If he left now and a unity candidate was installed, someone who the whole party could get behind - at least for now - and they pledged to derail Brexit and keep the UK together, they'd have a fighting chance, as things stand there's no chance at all.

There's nothing that anybody could do to change things in 7 weeks, not even D:Ream can save us now.

Indeed.

The "broad church" used to be from Socialist to Social Democrat, now it's from Socialist to William Hague, but with millions falling in between realising they're probably better represented by someone else. The party isn't going to win an election. Stick a right winger in charge and see what happens, SNP voters aren't coming back, people that have moved from the Greens aren't coming back, the young won't even bother voting, etc, etc.

The population is simply too ignorant to vote in a government that doesn't despise them.

May, the massive fucking shit house, has said that she won't be doing any live TV debates. Let's see if a network has the bollocks to run one anyway, without her.

The BBC will stick it to her. They're a public broadcaster interested in journalistic integrity and scrutinising the powers that be.

Is anybody surprised at this stance? She really is a despicable weak mouthpiece for a despicable bunch of bastards.

Steering clear of any awkward question because she's clueless, don't think you'll hear much off Hunt either for the same reason, they wheel out ballbags like Grayling - Gove & Fallon.

Imagine May on the same stage as Corbyn, Sturgeon and Farron and an audience/speaker asking the right questions? She'd get her Tory arse handed to her on a spit roast.

Corbyn was 980-1 to be labour leader with Betfair and 200-1 with Ladbrokes to be labour leader he is now 8-10-1 to be the next prime minister.

The bookies are running scared. Corbyn looks like he knows Mays lizard mask will drop during a 7 week campaign.

Are you on a wind up, or do you generally believe that Corbyn has a chance?

Could you imagine if it backfires and Corbyn wins?

He won't win because the centre/left vote will be split again. But I do think voters might be a bit pissed off with the number of elections in the space of 2 years and there'll be a few shocks across the board. The local elections will be quite interesting now to gauge the country's mood.

We're going to see what Putin is really made off, here. It's one thing to direct an electronic attack against an opponent with 8 years of preparation, but can he do it in 6 weeks on a wet Thursday night in Stoke?

He's had a poor campaign in Europe so far this season.

Cameron tried to swerve them as well I recall but had to relent

C4 will for sure stage one and its hard to see her not being forced to appear. She is massive shithouse trying to portray herself as fucking royalty and far too important to sully herself with the idle chatter of those that seek to tarnish her image, A fucking dreary childless God bothering vicars daughter from some village in Oxfordshire . A miserable failure as Home Secretary gets shoe horned into No 10 without even a vote by her own party members and now wants to win a snap GE without having to look an opponent in the eye, Utter cunt and hope she trips over her bible and falls down the stairs
