Getting people on his side rather than against him will be a big test of his leadership ability. A big part of leadership is getting others to follow. He needs to show he can do that. If he doesn’t, it won’t be down to bad luck.

Oh dear another load of nonsense that hasn't aged well.

Wow. Rent free.

What's wow about it?  Your post above stated getting people onside will be a test of his leadership, he has failed, he is in the process of alienating half the members in the Labour party by paying off a bunch of traitors. Yet in another thread you brush Starmers swipe at the previous leader under the carpet and say he hasn't put a foot wrong, when by the criteria you put forward above Starmer has been a disaster, the party is in danger of splitting.

He could have everyone in the LP on side and wouldn’t win an election. It’s the ones who didn’t vote Labour he has to convince.

I mean he could have a festival in London and people chanting his name and still end up with the worse election results in 50 yrs.

Back in the real world, I posted a poll you ignored that 7% of Labour members have an issue with the job he's doing as leader and 77% are happy with it. You making something up and pretending it's real doesn't really mean much to me. You're thick as fuck and if the best you can do is go trawling through my posts and find me saying something I stick by, then, well I'm even further buried into your head that I thought. You're making yourself look lack a daft cunt and it's getting embarrassing to be associated with it.

I do live in the real world you meanwhile live on here. You're a hypocrite yet when challenged revert to shit mud slinging like above. You post the same middle of the road party drivel over and over and over again, four legs good two legs bad. You spent years putting the boot into Corbyn even when he was ahead in the polls yet seem to get annoyed why anyone should challenge Starmer (whose behind in the polls) for paying off a bunch of cunts who did their utmost to ensure we suffer a Tory government. You shoehorn into every post how superdedupa intelligent you are when you're just a sad little cunt.

Tut. Starmer has thrown Corbyn to the wolves and opened a witch hunt. The parody below will very soon become a reality.

I think the party's fucked. Here is a link to the Corbyn fund to help fight the traitors if you or anyone else feels the need.

Fine thanks. I'm not a devout Corbyn fan as you imply or as you and Dan Hodges like to label, a 'Corbynister'.  Starmer's actions against him and appeasement of traitors are imo needless and damaging. Starmer is also damaging the party finances, labour will need the members hes pissed off more than he seems to think

The finances were perilous before this, because of what had come before, including the non auto union subs scheme, meaning that once they agreed to pay for this, rightly or wrongly, they find a fuck load of nothing to pay it with.

This isn’t partisan, this is fact.

The finances are a very, very real problem.

Well if what you are saying is true, and I dont doubt it, maybe Starmer doshing out lots of members money to traitors was not the wisest move.

Read back what I posted, and have hinted for a while.

The coffers were near empty before this, but it’s been glossed over, and ignored, because of certain failings and a lot of people having their heads in the sands waiting for a (union based) miracle, and again the subs scheme being one of the most blatant political hobblings leading to huge reductions in monies.

The fault lies far from Starmers door, but he, or whoever won the election, has to pick the pieces up.

And read back my answer, I didnt say the finances were Starmers fault, read back where I suggest when the coffers are low it may not be the wisest move to give members money to traitors who have worked tirelessly against the former leader thus ensuring a landslide conservative victory.

Its quite simple, you and Sections right wing mate Numerous stated a few weeks ago (his quote is a few posts up)  Starmer needs to take the party with him and  he needs  people to follow and that's how he will be judged. Well be Numerous's own lines hes failing badly,  the party is in danger of splitting because hes facilitating turncoats and the right wing nut jobs who would rather see Boris Johnson in power than Jeremy Corbyn. That's the issue not the general finances before Starmer took over, or is thus another let's bash the socialist thread?

You seem to think it’s a prediction. You know people can read what I’ve written there, don’t you? Linking the financial issues of fighting Corbyn’s antisemitism crisis and quoting me saying winning people over is a test of his leadership ability isn’t going to achieve your objective. It’s making you look even more stupid.

I didnt say it was a prediction. On the other thread you suggest he hasn't made mistakes when according to your own little litmus test above he has, hes causing divisions, the divisions you warned he shouldn't cause. In short it's making you look full of shit.

What's made up? As you said yourself everyone can read your opinion on what Starmer needs to do further up on this thread, hes done the opposite, according to your criteria he's failed yet on other threads you continue with the tiresome drivel of how well he's doing.

And the minute anybody actually agrees with your summation, I’ll happily set them straight. You’re having a pop at me for 1) saying he needs to unite people (hint: he does). 2) you’re having a pop for me saying something I didn’t say. 3) you’re using ‘evidence’ of something that hasn’t happened to back it up. It’s a complete concoction.

I am trying my best not to reply to you in a serious way, because it feels like I’m hitting a cripple, but you keep poking away. Fortunately the only person looking like a dick from it is you because those you seem desperate to convince are both able to read and comprehend what has been written, and have the ability to think for themselves. Stop being a weirdo.

I mean, this is a popularity contest. I think people forget that sometimes.

This is one of the most frustrating things about the farce that we call "democracy" in this country: millions of people vote as if Prime Minister were a directly-elected post. I'd be happier if we reformed our electoral system so that the head of the Executive branch of government was directly elected; the House of Commons can stay much as it is (but with modernised procedures  - none of this Division Lobby bullshit  - to make it more effective) and the Lords could be replaced by a chamber elected by PR.
