The switch to 5-3-2 wasn't even a bad idea, we need to learn how to close games out and between minutes 65 and 85 Bournemouth barely even had an attack.

 

If that was the worst substitution in Liverpool history we must be the best club at substitutions in the world.

It only takes one slight error or failure to deal with a set-piece to concede, and we know that we're prone to those so surely you'd want to keep the ball as far away from our goal as possible, not sit back and allow Bournemouth to play in our half.

Some people might cling to that and say that shows how close we are to being the business and they have a point up to a point....but it is just as credible to say that fact shows that we are just as far away as ever because we just can't solve what has been such a problem for us for so long...

Just searched my name and "gesturing", because I remembered not being happy about some of Klopp's behaviour, initially and wanted to hold my hands up.

He pissed me off at times too, yelling at people in the Main Stand and kicking off at the Kop just for singing his name.

 

He was right most of the time though.

 

He was still shouting at people in the Main Stand right up until lockdown but any time he does it now I'm pretty sure it's justified.
