If you can't work out why Mane is our best player and at the same time see why Coutinho and Firmino are a problem then you're not loooong hard enough.

Firmino was brilliant today.

His lay off for wijnaldum and Mane running into the space he vacated was text book.

That was the highlight of his play today but he never stopped and that's why the fans were chanting his name.

Today we were at our best and that's firmino through the middle and one two or all of Mane Coutinho and Lallana benefitting from his graft, skill and cleverness.

We're back. Through a very tough Xmas and January and we're still knocking about the top 4 spot. Just need to kick back on now and with longer periods of rest between games now hopefully we can recapture the intensity and mentality we had during the start of the season and start smashing teams again!

You forgot to mention KLOPP by name.

Makes sense when you think about it

Lets the wall jump and covers the low freekick. Going to hard getting the ball up and down from that distance if the wall jumping

Standing on the near post would do that, plus it gives the player more options should the ball go underneath the wall as he can actually move his body more.

Had to go out and missed the second half which before the game didn't bother me after the last few weeks of shite we've had to endure. Typical Jeckyll and Hyde Liverpool.

With Mane cutting them to sheds we looked the team we were a couple of months back,

Just gutted he didn't get the hat-trick he deserved. Helps having opponents that don't park the bus and come to try and take you on, Possession stats about even .

A brief mention for Mignolet who despite some hysterics from some quarters turned in a competent performance and is rightly ahead of Karius in the pecking order.

Good to wake up Sunday and not feel pissed off,
