It is the same when you have an accident and claim off the insurance from the person who caused it. You can easily end up out of pocket if you are not careful. They have changed so many things which just benefit insurance companies, always best to go through a Lawyer who knows his stuff.

Didn't spot it on the M6 this morning, although I did freak out one woman driving a Silver VW Polo when I slowed down along side her to make a note of her reg. she looked very worried when I passed her and gave her the thumbs up.
