Just caught up with watching the game. We started off a bit wary but once we hit our stride we miles above the Standard of opposition Boro can handle. It was nice to score 3 against one of the better organised defensive teams and keep a clean sheet ourselves.

Lallana had an excellent game as did Mane and Henderson. Firminio looked a lot better in the second half when Klopp tweaked the formation to suit his strengths. I also thought Origi benefited from a sort of free role rather than being asked to be the focal point of the attack, the way our forward minded players were switching over was too much for Boro to handle and led to us creating chance after chance. It was nice to see Lovrem, Klavan and Mingolet play well, although they weren't put under any great pressure for the majority of the game.

One thing I did notice from last night is that when Lovren has the confidence to play the ball out from the back by getting himself further forward he can pick a very good pass out.

On to the Derby next Monday, hopefully we'll start how we played in that second half last night, it was certainly encouraging to see us change tactics to stop the rot.

That Traore fella looked quite decent last night. Great pace. Not sure if the end product is all there yet but I could see him in one of our red shirts.

He'd be suspended loads if he played for us, he certainly loves a dive when tackled. He did get his schooling at Barcelona.
