Sugar!

I don't add sugar to anything and if I'm buying processed food, I lean towards ones that are lower in sugar, salt and saturated fat.

Having said that, if anyone in work has got a cake going, I'm always at the head of the queue. And I have a bit of a Haribo problem.

Have you driven to Dundee in your bare feet yet?

I take three spoonful's in a cup of tea & have a bit of a sweet tooth as well although I tend to eat things in moderation.

I think people worry far too much about this stuff, we'll all be dead in 100 years* so have a cake & fucking enjoy yourself.

I don't eat too much, but when I do I gorge. I suppose it depends on who's definition of gorge you use. I had 4 slices of birthday cake last week for my daughters birthday. One wasn't enough. Didn't have anything really 'sweet' since then.

I have one sugar in my coffee, with milk (yea I know) in the morning. I tend to cook most things from scratch, I'm just in the habit now, although I get lazy with the bolognese sauce sometime and just use a jar.

I have bough loads of jelly babies in preparation for my commute on the bike. It might take me 1h 30m at the start so I've been told to bring jelly babies to pick me up along the way.

My diet is pretty healthy I'd say although I eat lots of meat. Mostly chicken, but again, when I eat bacon I eat it by the bucket. My diet is probably quite high in salt (none added).

I eat plenty of veg and reasonably balanced meats and fats, I get regular exercise, and that's as far as i'm willing to analyse it currently.

I'm trying to cut down how much I have in tea (down to one and a sweetener), but I don't think I could ever go completely without it. Occasionally someone makes you a cuppa and forgets to sugar it, and that first mouthful is a horrifying assault of pure unsweetened evil that deserves to be spat out.

People keep telling me how they just gave it up one day, but I'd rather not drink tea at all if it meant without sugar.
