I've stayed away from this thread because these things generally just turn into a slanging match but I read her interview this morning (which could've been heavily edited one way or another to be fair) & if she's got anyone advising her then they want their head chopping off & left in a bin because she's made an almighty cunt of that on the surface of it.

 

She'll be getting absolutely zero sympathy from the 'great' British public now.

Hasn’t she said she hasn’t changed?  She’s been caught.  She wants to come home for the NHS, not because she’s no longer an extremist.

 

So if she comes back she’ll go through a deradicalisation process - which may or may not work.

The child is classed as Britsh and come back. The woman, if born in the uk, is entitled to come back but can be subject to restrictions. Proving she was a member of ISIS will be difficult. Therefore she will probably come back with no prosecution and thats the end of that.

By being a member of ISIS you mean a combatant? 

Some Doctors have worked for terrorist groups but have not taken up arms, do they not count as members? They must have the same ideology? Or are they merely working on humanitarian grounds?
