We missed Henderson as well. Fabinho is wasted as the deepest midfielder as he has much more to offer.

That midfield ain't right either.   A huge void of creativity.

Doesn't seem to matter what midfield we put our,  the balance is never right.   Probably something to do with not replacing our only creative midfielder.

The Wij, is undoubtedly boss. His evolution into the player he is has been incredible. That goal today was fucking glourious, 2nd behind Sturridge vs Chelsea for individual brilliance. But the work he gets through in the middle of the park and his tactical intelligence has made him one of the very best midfielders in the league.

Best individual goal this season has to be Bobby against Arsenal.

Apart from that I agree with every word.

He was boss today.....a bit unlucky with final balls and things not quite coming off, but then a sublime goal.

No offence to the lad but I had to do a double take when it went in as just expected that he had underhit it straight at Boruc! Very happy to be proven wrong.

If he can maintain this sort of form and chip in with a goal or two it will be a real bonus - first player other than front 3 to score for us since VVD at Wolves i believe?
