I reckon Sadio's contract will be announced this week. That Bayern link was the first time I've heard mention of his agent in 6 or 7 years. Having watched his documentary I don't think he has it in him to play games like Mo does. Similar to Hendo, it will be a small bit of noise and then bang, announcement made.

You could be right. I mean I think all top players look around and think others are getting a certain wedge and think they deserve more, but I think others put happiness and trophies first. I think Sadio like the Brazilian lads and Virgil seems really happy in every way and I have a gut feeling he will stay.

 

Not a criticism of Mo. One of the best players in the world and he has won the biggest trophies here. Good luck to him if he wants a new challenge and he probably can earn a shitload more elsewhere doing it. Legend of a player and seems like a good person. Just hope he doesn't sour his well deserved legacy. His agent is a knobhead but Mo strikes me as an intelligent man. Sign or don't sign but do it with class and allow Jurgen's brain trust to use the money to bring in one or two hungry talents.
