Top player but had a bit of a mare last night. Finishing was atrocious. Hopefully he'll have his shooting boots on in the next match and puts a few past the mancs.

I'm not worried, fair enough he couldn't find the goal last night, but he created plenty of chances, and got himself into all the right positions, better than not being there in the first place and not giving us the chance to moan about the misses. 

 

On another day half of those go in and he gets the match ball and MOTM.

On another day Allison doesn't save that and we crash out of the CL after missing sitter after sitter after sitter. Who would we blame for that I wonder?

This is the most important part. Every player goes through games where everything they hit just won't go in. He would score some of those chances the majority of times. I thought he played well actually. Not MOM stuff but well in the game throughout.

His finishing will always be erratic imo. 

Poor finishing last night but as the old saying goes at least he was in the right position. 

 

He never goes missing even if he isn't on form. Great player

Not really. Mane has no previous and is actually good. Lovren is an accident waiting to happen mouthpiece. For us and Croatia.
