It's not a question of him being right or wrong. We all know it's terrible; the difference is we haven't all written books castigating the middle classes for telling the working classes the things they like are shit.

They know. Of course they know.

OK.

We all agree that the drink he said tastes like piss actually tastes like piss, but because he once wrote a book (which you really ought to read, to get an idea about what it actually says) defending working class people from a media that portrays them as feckless, amoral scroungers, he shouldn't be allowed to say that Carling is piss.

Desperate and embarrassing attempts at pearl-clutching. Give your head a wobble.

Ayo Caesar has been hounded all over Twitter and accused as a rabid anti-semite by the usual suspects for posting a tweet asking her tweeps about Kosher salt replacement. Sad to see.

Amazing that someone of her standing hasn't yet mastered Google.

I have one question... who or what is Ayo Caesar?

Edit. Oh, Ash.

Does this fit in here?

We never answered Rico's question.

I think it's a no. There are some hardcore "Corbynistas" among the commentariat, spending most of their time bemoaning what might have been and attacking Keir Starmer. If one of them says or does something controversial, maybe that would fit in this thread.

Owen Jones? No.

Despite being weaker than advertised, ripping off the consumer as a way to avoid tax, it still manages to make me hungover. Doesn't get you drunk, does make you feel ill. Wank beer.

So I can go out, drink 7 or 8 pints and I'll be perfectly OK to get in a car and drive ?

Of course it gets you drunk.

Again, it's a case of one mans meat being another mans poison.

Am I allowed to quite like carling/carlsberg/fosters, eat dinner midday and tea at 6pm, prefer beans on a fry up, drink tescos own brand coffee and scraps on my chips?

Depends, you're allowed by law but some twat might type a thing on Twitter. Take your chances.
