I think you're seeing that through a post-witchhunt prism. In 2012, it was perfectly alright to tweet something that's not in any way anti-Semitic and not imagine that anyone would accuse you of anti-Semitism.

I hate that everything is deemed anti-semitic and I'm not going to accuse her of being anti-semitic but using the term 'gassed' in a tweet about Israel is beyond stupid.

Uses the word "gassed" a lot, particularly in the context used in the alleged antisemitic tweet. She also mentions Israeli. Israeli doesn't necessarily connote Jewish. You can be an Arab, Armenian, Druze, Maronite, Whatever Israeli.
