Ellman has jumped before she was pushed.

Another cowardly shitehawk elected on the back of Labour who won't call for a by-election.

She's playing the anti Semitism card now. The fact that she was a right wing Blairite, more concerned with Tel Aviv than Toxteth, seems to have slipped under the media's radar. Her timing for this is designed to resurrect the anti Semitism bullshit in the run up to a possible/probable eneral election campaign. Hideous old  dybbuk deserves whatever shit gets shoved through her letter box. She could and should have fucked off at the height of the BoD's feeding frenzy last year. Utter cunt.

No mention at all in the MSM that she had lost a confidence motion and had trigger meetings lined up with no real chance of avoiding having to appeal to local members she lied against to have the local party placed into special measures to save her own skin. No it's all a principled stand against anti-Semitism.

The usual suspects have been wheeled out supporting her on twatter, Harman, Smeeth, and little Timmy Farron. Timmy says Labour are finished as a force if there's no place for her in the party!

What if she were gay though Tim? How would you feel then? Tim? Tim?

She's a joke, one of the many reasons I'm now a green party voter and member!

As much as I like what Corbyn stands for politically he has been fucking useless at attacking these bastards. You can't just let them off the hook by taking all the shit the media push and not pushing back against the anti semitism crap.

Labour should be sitting nicely ahead in any polls and looking like a landslide victory come the next election. But they won't win and we will get another 5 years of these cunts because there seems more stabbing and so little fucking fight at the top.

Trouble is it's a media witch-hunt that many in the PLP and Labour HQ have been happy to go along with.  Anyone who points out that it's a political witch-hunt (like Chris WIlliamson) is themselves hung out to dry as a suspected anti-Semite; anyone who supports them is, in turn, accused of anti-Semitism.  That's pretty much how witch-hunts work.

If Corbyn had come out swinging against false accusations of anti-Semitism, that would have been used as "proof" of his anti-Semitism.

Basically, much as I would have loved to see him kick a few lying arses, there is literally no way he could win this.

Meanwhile, of course, real anti-Semitism carries on unabated and unchallenged in the rest of society.

Luciana Berger, a persistent critic of the Labour leadership, faced antisemitic abuse and quit in February. She has since joined the Liberal Democrats.

It’s sad that the Guardian journalists felt like they couldn’t post the truth that the people convicted of anti-semitic abuse against her were from the right (Tories and UKIP) as opposed to Labour.

I wonder what part of the ' whole region ' Louise is particularly worried about ?

Louise Ellman: Iran’s actions are making war more likely in the middle east, with bases in Syria, arms for Hezbollah in Lebanon and arms for Hamas in Gaza. What is the Secretary of State doing to address those issues, which threaten the peace of the whole region?

I still find it baffling that Corbyn gets called an anti-Semite and terrorist-sympathiser because he once used the word "friends" to address a room full of people, but being a member of an organisation called "Friends of" a murderous, racist, terrorist Apartheid regime is somehow a badge of honour.

Mate you get called an anti-semite for ordering curry sauce in a chippy these days.
