Oh right, so what has he done wrong?  You didn't answer the question so don't lie and imply that you did. Seriously, stop lying.

Also, the westboro baptist church comment.... You were joking right?

Are you even reading what I write here? You're accusing me of lying - again - when my earlier response, posted here again in bold for your benefit, is right there for anyone to see:

He didn't say "Israel has political weight", which would be a relatively anodyne statement. He said "Starmer is following commands from Israel", which is something very different.

Babb's and Angry have already explained why it's a problematic accusation, but if you're such an expert in these tropes, you'll know that already, yeah?

No, I'm not joking about Neturei Karta. They are far-right theocrats. But again, you're the expert, so you'll already know that.

So just as everyone can see, you didn’t actually answer my question.

Thanks.

The difference is that there is a classic trope - older than the state of Israel - about Jews controlling the world. If you want to make (justified) criticism of the political sway Israel has over some politicians (e.g. Labour Friends of Israel) you need to do it carefully, to make it clear that there's nothing anti-Semitic in your comments. It's best not to bandy half-arsed accusations around in a tweet.

I get your point but doesnt that mean isreal are treated differently to other countries and gives the racists ammunition?

It was a stupid thing to say but I dont get why isreal should be treated with special dispensation.

I don't think they should get special dispensation, just that we need to choose our words carefully to make sure our meaning isn't misrepresented or misconstrued.

Tbf I felt the real damage was done by people in his own party.

Obviously the simpletons believing the shite spread by the likes of thr mail didnt help.

I'm still waiting to find out ,how you can be a pacifist terrorist sympathiser exactly?

Too many within Labour knew that he was onto a hiding regardless so wanted to feather their own nest knowing he would be ousted. Self-serving wankers across the board. Corbyn was a threat to the tidy little life too many of them had/have and no way they were giving that up.

Hmm, not true, not true at all. All the polls suggested Corbyn was far from being "onto a hiding" before the right wing Change UK mob swung into action. The fact they were so voracious in their opposition to the then leader of their own party shoes how much of a danger they thought he was.

If Corbyn had the backing of all sides of his party we would not be living under a massive 80 seat tory majority now.

It is true because it's exactly what happened.

It only happened in your head, look at the election result before the election where the torys won an 80 seat majority, look at the by election results previous to the change uk chicken coup, look at data where people actually went to a polling station to vote, not twitter or social media etc, but actual votes by actual people.

What the fuck are you on about? As soon as the lies, smear and slander started it was clear Corbyn wasn't going to win the GE and many within Labour saw that and didn't back him like they should have.

By this stage the list of people responsible for Corbyn's failure seems to include pretty much everyone except Corbyn.

Guys, move on. This doesn't do anybody any good.

You've got him as your avatar you clown.

Exactly.. the reason we are now living under an eighty seat tory majority government is because a large section of the Labour right wing found that preferable to the socialist alternative.
