I've had enough. Disallowed Southampton goal. Weak penalty for Man Utd to score a second.

 

I should know better. I turned it on for the chance of an upset, or for Southampton to scrape a draw, but Man Utd seem to be getting every decision. As a team they don't look that impressive to me, but their soft fixtures early in the season will see them pick up plenty of points while they get into gear, and of course the media narrative will have them as darlings again.

 

Tried to find the hockey, to no avail. Just saw Nick Skelton win gold. Nice one.

Is this a fucking joke? worst dive i've ever seen and they scored a perfectly legit goal a few minutes before. Fuck off.

The instant agreement by the commentators that it was a clear penalty before a replay and the lack of any discussion about the incident after the replay was disgusting.

Nonsense. It's the dawn of a new era, and probably one of the most impressive home starts to the season as you're likely to see. A glittering array of the world's finest talent under the expert guidance of the very best. Second only to Ferguson.
