They need an ambitious, attacking manager. I don't get how the "biggest brand in world football" haven't figured out that hiring pragmatic has-beens isn't good for the brand or the product on the pitch.

Mourinho is a tosser, and a decreasingly competent one at that, but he is undeniably box office. Viewed through the prism of entertainment rather than sporting achievement, Mourinho still ticks most of the boxes.

I thought it was a bit odd that Vardy is only on the bench after going to watch England at the WC whereas Maguire is starting after actually playing inthe WC.

 

The United team from the Mirror that I quoted earlier is slightly wrong , Pereira in for Lukaku who is on the bench.
