1st half. Make one decent save when he rushed out and closed down a shot, and one good save when he tipped that one over the bar.  A few routine collections of the ball.  Nothing that we shouldn't expect a goalkeeper to do but we're so accustomed to the routine not being done we're impressed.  Still solid 7/10 performance,

2nd half he was about 1ft off the ground trying to catch a set piece and their player put it over, and there were a couple of weakish punches if I recall. 5/10

6/10 overall on the Dangerously Performance Meter (DPM)

Yeah he didn't do anything out of the ordinary but his general demeanour was much better, he was giving off a different vibe. He looked competent. Still a long way to go but he's looking a better. At the very least, he's made the decision to give him a go look like the right one, and this is coming from someone who disagreed with that decision.

Don't get the love in. He did the bare minimum expected of a keeper. He's about 25% as good as De Gea based upon nothing but my own made up stats. Still not good enough.

The mere fact he comes off his line makes him about 25 times better than Mignolet based on my own highly scientific made up stats.

The good save (tipped over) he made 1st half showed he's got a bit more intelligence too IMO.  He started coming out, saw the flight of the ball meant he wasn't going to get it,  retreated and set himself for a header and made the save.

I think Mig would've gone into full "pear mode" and tried to get an impossible cross, or came out and just stopped hoping he'd narrowed the angle sufficiently.
