Thinking of everybody directly affected and how tough today must be.

The phenomenal campaign by the loved ones over the last thirty three years against the lies and cover-ups has been a fitting tribute and inspirational to the rest of us.

Can’t put it better than that.

RIP.

I’ve literally just finished that article and was about to post it with pretty much the same sentiments that you’ve put.

Hillsborough will always be based around the notion of the 97 victims but there are many, many more poor people who’ve suffered horrendously because of what happened on that day.

...and they never did.

Justice. Solidarity. Family. Community.

The truth is out there, it always was for those who were prepared to think and see for themselves.

97 Liverpool legends who will never be forgotten.

That 051 area code: it's weird how that and the thought of landlines takes you back. No mobile phones or social media to confirm your loved ones are alright, just making endless landline calls or making sure the home phone is kept free whilst waiting for it to ring with the news you desperately need to hear. An awful enough experience for those that were lucky enough to finally get the news they wanted to hear, but a slow constriction of hope for those who lost someone that day.

RIP the 97, and all those that suffered the agony of their hope being extinguished.

Thanks for posting that.

It sums up a lot of the unknown victims still suffering to this day.

See this, this is what real football fans do, not those fucking animals at the match yesterday.

Clubs comfortable in their own skin as well, rather than Eric Cartman wannabes demanding you respect their authorit-TIE!
