All that moaning about Selby's cautiousness. Clearly you lot have never watched Terry Griffiths play. One frame he played was being shown in black and white and by the time the frame had finished, the picture was in colour.

Ding needs snookers.

Miserable cunt Selby has won it.

He is a miserable bastard isn't he? Why is he called the "Jester from Leicester"? Aren't jesters supposed to be entertaining and/or amusing? Selby is neither.

But he is a tough competitor, very difficult player to beat due to his style of play.

Can't stand the cunt. He's all that's wrong with snooker as an entertaining sport. He's just a Fucking robot with no personality at all. Ronnie is the only character left that gets people off their seats, maybe trump on his day but, like football, the majority are just clones of each other, like they were made in academies and all play the same. It'll be bleak when Ronnie eventually packs it in

He does come across as a bit miserable but he's had a bit of a miserable life. His mum left him when he was little and hasn't seen her since. He was brought up by his dad who took him round the country for snooker tournaments, then his dad died of cancer when he was 16. He promised his dad he'd make it as a snooker player so I guess when he wins a trophy such as last night there's pride but it must be quite emotional.

And you know, maybe that's just the way he is?

It's not like when O'Sullivan wins and says he doesn't give a sh*t about snooker and he's only doing it to put his kids through private school. Yeah great, cheers Ronnie. But it seems that's what people want.

I reckon Selby will win another World's, maybe more.
