Rodgers limped out of Europe tamely. The sheepish way he approached the European game was some of the worst stuff under him. It was completely out of step with who we are.

 

But Klopp gets us. We are a massive European club. It's not his team yet, but my goodness, he just fired them up to deliver another famous European night at Anfield. That will live on in the memory for years to come.

 

This is a great night to be a red. We just did something amazing. What a privilege to see that. Made up I watched it all with my lad.

I replied to someone who said they wondered how Rodgers would be feeling tonight, I think it's clear to anyone he would be happy as the team he left behind doing well makes him look good.

 

As for your view of Rodgers time in Europe I completely disagree, Ive went over it many times and can't be bothered going through the whole thing again.First season in Europa league was decent and we went out because of Carras mistake, second time we were shit in every competition when we were shit in Europe, it was a bad patch.

 

I agree tonight was a great night and it's one of the best LFC games I have seen, credit to the players who never gave up and Klopp who has played a big part in making these kind of comebacks happen regaurly.
