Talking about clothes, nothing more.  He seems to have too long sleeves on the jacket.  That means that he couldn't be bothered to go a see a tailor, or just that he thought that was OK.  It is not.  His arms may be short, and hands small, but that should be taken into account.

 

There would also have to be a contrast between the trousers and the jacket, as this is not a suit.  Even a pair of jeans would be better, with brown brogues, as recommended before.  Shoes make the man.

 

The tie is fuck ugly.  Just get a decent silk tie or go full Italian, no tie, perfectly fitting shirt, cuff links that make sense.

 

Hopefully he gets to coach in Italy.  The dress sense changes drastically, even the Owl learned that.
