It's not black and white, but yes. I only think Kante would be an improvement on what we have. I dont think its deluded though, i mean choosing a starting 11 from the PL, i dont think i would have more than one player from us, If that even.

Leicester have had everything going for them this season. 7 other teams under performing, no europe, getting knocked out of the cups early, and most importantly staying clear of injuries. Maybe im harsh in saying no one but Kante would be a starting player for us, but ypu have to take into perspective not only game schedule, but style of play and their roles too.

Not really into talking about cherry picking from a team as such but apart from the obvious ones I reckon we would do well acquiring a player like Morgan at the back , might of done better this season with someone like him or any season from the past few years.

Vardy was the one with the electronic tag. You need a bit of that...

Jumping over a fence into a getaway car after being substituted in non-League matches, so he did not break his curfew, while wearing an electronic tag having been convicted for assault.

He explained: “If the away games were too far, I could only play an hour and they’d have to take me off.

“It was a case of hope we were winning, jump over the fence and straight in my parents’ car to make sure I was home in time. That was for six months.

“You could wear the tag like an ankle guard. There was no way of breaking it, even if you got kicked. You could hit it with a hammer and it’s not coming off!

"I’d been out with a friend who wore a hearing aid and two lads thought it would be funny to start mocking him and attacking him. I’m not proud of what I did but I defended him, which I’d always do for a mate, and it got me in trouble.

“That’s one of the things that’s made me the person I am. It was hard. It has an effect on your family. All my mates were out enjoying themselves and I was locked in the house. Luckily I had a big DVD collection

I really dont think so, Morgan and Huth have done great for Leicester. However they are set up completely differently to us. I dont think their CB's are any better than ours, infact i would say the opposite. i think they would get exposed playing in a side defending and pressing higher up the pitch.

I read what David Sullivan said about Leicester being lucky this season, and not being much better than West Ham. While it does come across as bitter, he is partly right i have to say.

Leicester have just achieved something that was way beyond what most people expected, hence the astronomical odds. They are currently riding on the crest of a wave because of it. Fair play to them, enjoy it all.

What this means is that there is no value to be had in going there with our checkbook. Arguably we might get a highly rated youngster, like Chilwell, but the established names would cost a lot of money, and there are legitimate question marks as to whether or not it will click again for them like it did this past season.

On the basis of current talent level I'd have Vardy, Mahrez, Kante and Schmeichel. They would all improve our team... but I doubt signing any of them would represent good business.

Vardy would cost a fortune. How long does he have left? Will he keep his form going? Will he be as effective in a team that is not primarily counter-attacking? Too many doubts. Too much money.

Mahrez is a Rolls Royce of a player. I really like him. I'd be happy to see him in a Liverpool shirt. However... the likely price would not represent good business for us, especially as the priority for us is improving the spine of the team.

Kante would be a hard worker in the middle of the park. If we signed him he could be a very good player for us, protecting the defence and giving the others license to go and do their stuff. His stamina and tackling is incredible. I would buy him, but he'll have other big clubs in for him and there would be question marks over whether there's any value there, given the likely price.

Schmeichel would be a big improvement on Mignolet, but for how much? And how many other goalies might we buy who would also be a big improvement on Mignolet?

Leicester have some very good players who would improve our team. To pretend otherwise is snobby and out of touch with reality. However, there are legitimate question marks over whether they could sustain the peak of this past season, and there are question marks over whether there would be any value.

Let's do our own thing under Klopp. There's no great need to limit ourselves to going after players who are currently on the back page of every newspaper in the land. Klopp's gaze goes further and wider, and I can't wait to see what he does.

Could himself and Kane play together for England? Would they dare bench Mr Potatohead?

I think so, they both work their arses off, both have pretty good allround play, i doubt Hodgson would drop Rooney though. But the best pairing would be Kane and Sturridge i think.
