Each to their own but it cannot be bracketed can it. It's not all old fellas like it's not all the scalls who don't sing. Klopp is wrong though on this. Those over paid pampered prima donnas are there to entertain. It was quiet at times when we were doing well this season too so was that the crowds fault.

Some won't murmur at all, some never did when we swept all before us. We had a good team then though, they done their job, needed the win bonus back then.

Interesting read about Scott Carson in the guardiola yesterday.

Said he offered his CL medal to Kirkland because he played more games. Kirkland refused.

Also said the best atmosphere he ever played in was turkey. Every game the whole stadium was going mental. One game all the men were banned from the stadium but it was still sold out with women and children.

They have great atmosphere's don't they. Imagine banning all the men here.

To be fair he is building a team. This is not like when Brenda spunked money on Benteke etc and still complained that he was in a rebuilding process.

Needs to build it a bit faster though. You don't start building and then stop for a few months, especially when your having problems with the foundations, and it looks like it may collapse. That's exteremely dangerous. One day you'll come back to your project and it'll be totally fucked beyond repair and have to start all over again.

Loads of people at the beginning of the season acknowledged Klopp would need a couple of summer transfer windows to build his squad. And even then, they were expecting us to be floating around 6th, 7th and 8th in the league mid season.

He's ahead of the game and people are only shitting the bed because we've lost a couple on the bounce and fallen a little behind in a title race they didnt expect Klopp to have got us in so early or, refused to acknowledge we were even in a title race despite beating city on NYE!

And actually because you have two transfer windows, you do have to start and stop when the windows close.

We've been here before and when we get into this position we need to act to get the result. It's alright saying he's ahead of where he should be but this might also be his best chance to win the league.

At the beginning of the season it wasnt expected. People were expecting 6th, 7th and 8th. Even as late as New Year's Eve, many people refused to accept we were in a title race.

Those same people are now pinning their hopes on a couple of signings making the difference and winning the title they didnt expect or were saying we weren't in the race.

Its the same as people saying we'll be alright when Mane comes back. I dont think it'll make much difference because they players look short of confidence (when they shouldnt). They shouldnt be tired either since many of the regular first team players have had breaks between league games due to LC and FA Cup ties.

Where did Leicester think they were gonna finish at the start of last season?

We're just one of those teams that every year get in amongst the big boys up until Christmas and then fall away. Newcastle, Southampton, West Ham etc. 'We never thought we'd be up there' so it's alright when we don't maintain it?

Talk about the players losing mentality. It's fucking ingrained in every part of this club.

This stuff about the arl lads not cheering is bollocks. Half of the stadium is obsessed with taking selfies and waving at their mates. That's not us old cunts. We sing like loons. Look at all the old twats on here - Tokyo and that lot. No-one is outsinging them.

It's the daytrippers and the scals who are too cool to sing.

You and Tokyo are like samurai.

Havent a clue but I bet lots of them knew they were in a title race come turn of the year.

Yeah whatever about having one of those teams that gets so far blah, blah, blah. Its Klopp's first full season in charge. At the beginning of this season people were expecting a fight to get European football qualification this season. Loads said it would take Klopp 2 or 3 summer windows to get his squad. Go back and check the posts.

You go on about it being 'ingrained' and overlook where Klopp is. If you think its ingrained and not going to change, that's up to you and others with your half empty glass. You can pat yourself on the back when \ if you're proved correct.

All I give a fuck about is winning the league and this was a good chance that we failed to do everything we could to improve our chances of doing so.

To be fair Rogers was bad but we all know he never "bought" Benteke that was a committee buy ( he did buy a lot of shite tho). But how long can we continue to "build" its been going on under 3 managers for 6-7 seasons we are becoming a laughing stock we are not rebuilding we are buying high priced players who are not good enough (Coutinho , Firmino (on his day) and Mane  aside). Klopp can say its his fault and for the past few weeks it has been his fault but the main reason for years has been the lack of investment at crucial times we need to buy this month everyone can see it except our owners and manager apparently.

This is a tired subject, but there is absolutely no way that the same people who bought the likes of Firmino and Coutinho looked at Benteke and thought "Gee what we need to put around our talented playmakers is a donkey target-man". Benteke was a Rodgers signing through and through.

Why on earth would a season in which Chelsea have 55 pts after 22 games be his "best chance to win the league"?

Yep. He wrote a big dossier on how he'd play him to convince FSG to buy. Benteke was 100% on Rodgers.

He looked to me like someone who was more than happy (or been advised) that our absolute top priority is top 4... and that the FA Cup could be treated as collateral damage.

This suits FSG's policy (CL qualification money) down to the ground.

Whether we actually go on to make the shitty top 4, of course, is another matter.
