In the build up to the second goal, after he's made that interception, he's got no right to win that ball.  Any sensible player would realise there's nothing on and just fall back into a defensive position.

I thought that until the story came out that Rodgers told the club he wouldn't have Firmino if he couldn't have Benteke. Started alarm bells ringing that did. Rodgers didn't know where to play him either.

Leaked by the club after they sacked Rodgers so you obviously have to question the timing/veracity. Given how Rodgers deployed Firmino though, I wouldn't doubt it either.
