It wont affect Brexit (except a minor delay) though

...... unless the Supreme Court has included something about Scotland and Wales having a vote in their parliaments.....

Edit: The bbc says

"the court ruled the Scottish Parliament and Welsh and Northern Ireland assemblies did not need a say."

So that's it. The govt is clear to trigger article 50 after a vote.

It isn't really. They knew all along they would lose the case. Now they get popular support because they appear to be the good guys derailed by some meddling bad guys.

That depends which side of the fence you are on mate. If the Supreme Court had sided with the Government they would have used the ruling to try any old shit, others might have been put off from challenging stuff due to that ruling.

Personally I thought May and her cronies were confident in winning the case.

So what happens to Scotland and NI now? There's going to be some very unhappy people finding out they have no ultimate say over what happens in their devolved powers.

Scotland and NI are going to be thinking "What's the fucking point." It will cause more divisions within the labour party as well, Corbyn will have yet another fight on his hands to stay as Leader of the party.

A hard border is inevitable somewhere in Ireland. It could likely trigger some escalation of fighting we've seen in the past. Incredible that no one even considered this when initially agreeing to the referendum. To think they had Cameron on a shortlist to head up NATO.

It's going to cause problems (already has probably), especially when you consider that NI voted remain overall.

The Daily Mail would be fucking hilarious if it didn't provide the retards with their daily instructions and is therefore over-influencing. I'm only amazed it doesn't have "don't forget to breathe and drink fluids" on the back page.

Nice of them to try and frame every judge who voted against the gov't as some sort of deviant campaigner and every judge who voted with them as reliable experts as well.

No words for that cunt of a paper, it's just a cunt of a paper.

Cunts in the PLP are going to be gunning for the democratically elected leader whatever happens.

Why do you read it then?

I have little idea what any paper says as I simply don't even look at them. The wife buys the Mirror but I just take out the crossword page and ignore everything else.
