Nice try, but you're still wrong. The context makes my point, not yours: the bit that you - pesky little cherrypicker that you are - chose to omit was that the post was in response to the suggestion that the EU was bad for Europe as a whole (comparable to the Nazis, no less) and that we'd be better off without it.

As for the other quote, the context of that discussion is lost because the mad bastard Sho'nuff has been erased from TLW history (Cancel Culture gone mad, if you ask me) so your "evidence" is inconclusive, at best.

What a lying cunt you are. This forum jumped the shark long ago.

I gave the reasoning. I showed you the post. You said you didn't say a thing, you did, then you lied about it. Again. As ever. I'm done with you.

Silly individual.

You claimed that one of my posts said something and you provided a cherrypicked decontextualised snippet as proof. The full post shows that the meaning of the post wasn't what you claimed.  Instead of admitting you're wrong, you post a melodramatic flouncy harumph.

This is interesting.  I'm clearly forgetful about which positions I hold, so maybe you'll need to remind me  (since you obviously know me better than I do myself).

Where's the lie, by the way?

Any danger I might get a straight answer?

I hope he knows you're no longer in Tuebrook. Doh!

I really don’t understand why people on here revert to childish insults when we’re trying to debate things like grown ups. It sort of implies you are losing the debate. The argument that the EU contributes to peace between member states can be conceptualised as the probability of war is inversely correlated to the number of states in the EU so the more states sign up the less chance there is of war. Makes sense. Conversely if one state leaves like the UK, the logic of your argument is that as the number of states in the EU had gone down by 1, the chance of war must go up. This is just maths If your basic assumption is true (the EU reduces the probability of a European war) . Hence my question do you think it is more likely we will go to war with a member state now that we have left ?

I would have thought it was fucking obvious that war is more likely now than before. In 2016 a war between the UK and a member state was 0.0001%. With the rhetoric, the lies, the bullshit and general cuntishness from Johnson the odds would now be 1%. He's already had ships patrolling French fishing vessels. You wouldn't know with that cunt of just fancies being the PM that invaded France. He has the means to get 52% of the population to back him.

Unfortunately, I think the current payrises won't even last as long as Britpop.

That "political talk" is what determines whether or not we can have a successful economy (with the prospect of sustainable pay rises).  Unfortunately, we could not have selected a worse shower of cunts to be in Government right now.

Also, of course, it's not all of the working class. NHS workers have been offered shite. Local Government have been offered fuck all.  There's a nationwide plague of fire-and-rehire. Plenty of jobs have been lost when businesses have gone bust.

For those in the sectors that have recently had pay rises, the best advice is "don't spend it all at once". It really is not going to last.

I do actually agree with most of that Angry.

As for shedding tears for Nth Ireland, they propped up the tories on Brexit in return for a great big massive backhander off UK taxpayers, so my handkerchief remains a little dry.

Fucking hell. Do you believe that people in Northern Ireland unanimously supported the Tories? That everyone over there speaks with one voice?

Or do you think the entire population should suffer because Arlene Foster is a cunt?

New Zealand have said they could veto us joing the CPTPP, which was one of the big hopes post Brexit, if we fuck up the NI issue, which the posturing certainly indicates.

World beating stupidity.

So, they have fucked off China, The US is having words, The EU can not trust a word we say and now Arden is flexing her muscles about entry to the CPTPP!

You couldn't make this shit up trade deals fucked up giving concessions we didn't before, the NI protocol done so badly the Good Friday agreement is under threat triggering a referendum, the pound is still one fifth down on 2016, inflation up, import/exports all over the fucking place bringing legimate shortage possibilities, financial sector screwed over, fishing, farming and the arts the same, removal of research funding for science and universities.

Who are these fucking imbeciles?

Northern Ireland got a massive hugh funking kickback to support the tories and push through Brexit. Wales and Scotland did not.

The above are facts. So why should people in Wales or Scotland give a funky fuck for the problems in Nth Ireland?

The above are facts. Make of that what you will.

Here are some more facts.

Thete are 18 Parliamentary constituencies in Northern Ireland.  10 of them had DUP MPs. (Now down to 8.)   Those MPs agreed to a dodgy deal, which did fuck all to benefit the people in Northern Ireland.

Meanwhile, the cunts in Westminster are threatening the peace in Northern Ireland.  History shows that things can unravel terrifyingly quickly. If people start getting killed, maybe then you might shed some tears.

Eerr  but you missed out the part of Constitution/Haulage/Agriculture/Hospitality/ workers currently receiving pay rises for the first time in years Brucey baby. The rest is Westminster bullshit, its the reason the Tories are so far ahead in every single poll.

Let's by honest, the fact  ( and it is a fact) veg pickers, hod carriers, lorry drivers, waitress workers, warehouse workers etc are finally seeing a bit of the sun after Brexit has gone down like a lead balloon for a few on here.

Nth Ireland, not Wales, not Scotland, not Nth England have propped up a tory government for fucking years. FACT.

They took the shillings and I don't blame them ( good political work )  but don't knock on my door asking for sympathy.

You really don't like facts when they don't suit your agenda.

England has done far more to prop up successive Tory Governments than Northern Ireland ever could. I assume you'll be gleefully gloating "fuck the English" every time we get fucked over by the Tories?
