I'm struggling to find a laugh in any of this. We already knew that millions of working class people were conned by the ruling classes and that those people will be among the hardest hit by this whole fucking mess. Actually they need only worry if there's a no deal, as I am sure the reciprocal agreements for medical care will continue. I think I read a while ago that the UK claims hardly anything back for EU citizens that request treatment here but other EU countries claim a fortune from us. Could all have been bullshit of course because the last 3 years has just been a shiftiest of misinformation from all sides.

Listening to 5 live this morning some business guy phones in says most of his workforce voted leave so we can get rid of the immigrants as that would free up appointment times at the local hospital and doctors as they said they can never get an appointment. 

He went on to say that it wont be a problem now as he's making about 50% of them redundant because his company has taken a major hit due to Brexit

The EU could've been a far worse problem in the long term than whatever happens with 5 years of the Tories, even though that's not going to be good at all. If Labour had stuck to respecting the referendum instead of crying about Corbyn for years because he was socialist and pushing for remain maybe things would've worked out better.

 

A decent Labour government outside the EU could've been the best option. This country isn't very good at democracy though so we're stuck with the Tories yet again. Maybe we can stop giving other countries shit for being one-party dictatorships soon seeing as we're getting closer to being in the same territory.
