Johnson just making up things he thinks people want to hear about post-Brexit investment, wages, and worker’s rights without any substance to the answers beyond sound bites. All the while Clause 30 sits like a trapdoor spider in its hole, waiting to spring a No Deal Brexit on us by December 2020, just like he’s promised his ERG mates.

It's so fucking obvious, yet many MP's are still willing to go along with it and the mass hordes of dribbling mongs as well.

Seems the most sensible thing he's done since becoming prime minister. We just need Brussels to get their finger out and grant the extension and we can get on with an election.

Election before Xmas you say?

Jim Fitzpatrick. Labour MP. Constituency 66% remain. Not read the bill nor intends to read it. Will vote both times today for it.

Now I know people here have a go at the MSM in their treatment of Labour but when fuck nuggets like Jim are doing this without reproach from the hierarchy then there's something a bit fucked up in the party too.

He actually voted for Owen Smith in the 2016 leadership election..Smith stood on a platform of oppose Brexit and have a People's Vote

I'm not a Tory Baz so I'm afraid I have no fucking idea. (Just like a Tory)

If I was to hazard a guess it's probably because they are no longer cock sure of getting the numbers and are trying to frighten some into going along with it.

Johnson just confirmed if they lose the timetable vote they will withdraw the bill and call for a general election.

But he pledged that the UK would be leaving the EU by the 31st come what may.....

His latest statement is nothing more than political blackmail against fellow MP's.

I bet the cunt hasn't even read the whole of the WAB himself. I bet he was like a child looking at a Restaurant menu, spotting that there was Burger and chips on it and reading no further.

Yup. There'll be plenty, including the CUKs who don't want an election, knowing they'll lose their seats, so it has a good chance of working.

Can't they just refuse an election? Fixed term why give him what he wants a general election ran on the issue of brexit which the Tories would easily win. Let him stay in power in his minority government and look like a fuckwit time after time until people or he himself have had enough of his fucking bluster and he retires to his ditch.

Even if it does work, no way will they agree to approve it in just 3 days, which is what he wants. These things take weeks and in general a lot longer.

May fell at the first hurdle, he'd just clear it if he gets this vote through with little thought to the hurdles which remain apart from his usual bluster about democracy and his own promises to leave on the 31st.

Why do people think the Tories will win easily?

Conservative remainers will vote Lib Dem, They will lose nearly all their seats in Scotland. They will probably lose votes to the Brexit Party as well as they have confirmed that they will stand against them if they campaign to run with this deal, which they have to.

Where are the votes coming from to win them a majority?
