Who said it? Corbyn or Farage edition

I got 6 out of 6, fwiw.

I feel like there’s a point to this, I’m just not sure what it is. It can’t be that Corbyn and Farage are the same, because that would mean the virtuous, honest, trustworthy LibDems are actually slimy toads. It must be ‘what did Farage say that was reasonable regarding the issues the EU has that Corbyn also said’.

Is that it?

The point is Corbyn spreading the same myths and canards as Farage about unaccountable bureucracies, Eurocrats and the like.

Would you say that everything in that quiz was a myth or a canard?

No, I don't think so. At least one was a statement of Labour policy, for instance (about the ending of freedom of movement).

Except, he isn't.  A pound to a pinch of shit says that the Corbyn quotes referencing a deficit in democracy came from his supporting the Irish referendum campaign against the Lisbon Treaty.  That's really not the same as the racist bullshit and lies that Farridge has been peddling for years.

Wrong again.

Saying "Freedom of movement ends when a country leaves the EU" is a statement of fact, not policy.  Labour's policy is to replace it with something that provides "the exact same benefits" as EU membership.  (I know you think that's unicorn-farts; fair enough, that's you're opinion.  But the fact remains that you know that ending Freedom of Movement is not Labour policy.)
