Yeah true, maybe I'm being pessimistic. I just have a feeling that she's going to continue to push it until there is no time left and MP's really do face the stark choice of her deal or no deal.

For example the French have just said that May must guarantee that her deal will be ratified for them to agree to an extension. If that is true then the vote next week would be to take her deal or to crash out\revoke and I think when push comes to shove MP's will vote for her deal. She has run the clock down deliberately.

I'm not so sure. Reject MV3 and I would not be surprised if she pushes MV4, then 5. She doesn't want to be remembered as the PM who failed at Brexit.

I suspect though she'll get MV3 over the line.

I'm not so sure given the fact that she's been forced to drop her threat of a longer extension the ERG only need to block her deal however many times she brings it back and we exit with a no-deal in May or June. The removal of the threat of a longer extension removes the threat of an imminent softer Brexit. She's also moved away from the indicative votes because of the fractures in the Tory party. What's the motivation for the ERG to back her deal now?

She could of course change again as we near the new exit date but she'd have to go back to the EU with a new plan (referendum, GE or softer Brexit). Two of those options will split the Tory party and as we've seen there's zero chance of her doing that to avoid a no-deal.

Personally I still think it's likely we'll exit without a deal in May or June and she'll quit just before then stating that she's leaving it for other people to do the hard shit.

Very possibly but it risks Brexit being cancelled as Parliament would certainly have a vote on whether to leave without a deal or revoke article 50.

The leaders of all parties have been invited to number 10 and a statement is expected tonight. I reckon they'll announce that they have no choice but to support her deal which will then get passed next week.

Either that or an election...........

Ha with May standing, hands aloft, on the chest of a bloodied and bowed Corbyn?

I'd say there's a bigger chance of her saying she's quitting before there's an agreement between the parties.

No chance Labour supporting May's deal collectively. They might scare 20 or so.

The stakes were always going to be raised in the final period leading up to the 29th. I think events will change by the hour/day.

May promised indicative votes but seems to have gone back on that. Can't imagine that will/has gone down well. Nor inferring people voting her deal down are behaving indulgently.
