Go back a few pages and you'll see that I posted a link to a fuller set of EU unemployment stats and a more intelligent discussion of the subject than you have ever tried.

Now that you've decided you don't like sidestepping questions, will you finally answer: why are you so gung-ho in your support for an Italian right-wing/Fascist coalition who are claiming that they will end austerity for indigenous white Italians, but you have nothing to say about Portugal's left-wing/Socialist coalition who are busy ending austerity for everyone, regardless of nationality, ethnicity or religion?

What a fucking stupid post.

You call me a "fash" which I presume to mean facist right wing nut job because I agree with a policy that helps the poor in Italy that the EU rejects?

So because by associating myself with a policy that helps poor people byI have you calling me 'fash'

You stand four-square with Italian Fascists who claim that they will help white indigenous Italians.

You have nothing to say in support of Portuguese left-wingers who actually are overturning austerity, for the benefit of everyone in the country.

For what it's worth, I don’t think you're a Fascist.

I think you've shown yourself to be a Useful Idiot; the kind of person without whom Fascism could never prosper.

Look at that platform above and grow some bollocks.

Our are you content with another 30 years like the last 30?

How many times?

The EU and neoliberalism are not the same thing.

Nobody on that platform would be gullible or unprincipled enough to support Italy's Fascists the way you do.

Oh the facists again. Anyone who comes up with a stimulus that helps poor people is derided because the idea does not come from EU Central.

But Fasicism is prospering, it's prospering across Europe as we speak.

It s all over the eu. Havnt you noticed? That's what mass youth unemployment does.

Five Star taking control of Italy is worse than that time Stedman got caught wanking in the bogs.

Over here GroenLinks (very left, very green) have quietly become the second most popular party. Not really seen this reflected in the UK media who were oh so interested in that massive fop Geert Wilders.

Thanks for this Cloggy, your correct it doesn't fit in with their 'everyone is becoming a right-wing populist' narrative. Do you reckon GroenLinks have a chance for electoral success anytime soon?

He really is prepared to let Britain burn if it helps him into Number 10, isn't he.

What better deal is he on about? The only better deal is the one we have. The Labour brand of cakeism is taking the piss out of the voters too and it's just to ensure that remain voters who can't stomach voting for the Tories stay on board.

The Portuguese came up with their own anti-austerity stimulus that helps the poor. They did this without being racist. The rest of the EU supports them in this.

You don’t support them. You only support the racist Italian government.

Why?

Angry, have a read of this and acknowledge that humiliating and abusing the precariat won't work, if it ever did. Having seen the other side, I hold up my hands and admit I was wrong to take that approach.

https://www.newstatesman.com/2018/05/right-wing-populism-rising-progressive-politics-fails-it-too-late-save-democracy

I have always opposed - and will always oppose - anyone who humiliates and abuses the precariat.

Nobody abuses - and endangers - them worse than Fascists do. For all their flag-waving that has entranced Gnasher, Lega are the enemies of the Italian precariat and working class.

For all its flaws, the EU has brought great benefits to the working class  (albeit to a slightly lesser extent in the UK, because our governments opted out of some of the best bits) and it has the potential to be better and to do more. Fascism is irredeemable and will always harm the poorest and most vulnerable, however seductive its false promises may seem.
