Brendan Rodgers is our manager

Made up for him. He is a decent bloke. The committee fucked him over the summer Suarez left. I honestly wish him all the best and hope he gets a job like Newcastle. I reckon he would sort them out.

Agreed, I think he would do well at Newcastle, they have a good squad, realistic expectations for once and BR will give the fans the football they want to see.

I've always said I'm not interested in his personal life which is why I haven't rushed to comment on his proposal, good luck to him and I hope he has a good marriage.Fans looked at him in a bad light for getting with this woman, she did get with a married man and it wouldn't surprise me if she had seduced him.

He's good that lad jp, seduced indeed.

It's more believable then the theory that he got a trophy wife as soon as he got money, he could have done that years before he was LFC manager. As I say I'm not interested in his personal life but since everyone likes to speculate Id guess that woman knew what she was doing and played a big part in what happened.

I don't think Rodgers is a bad bloke or especially arrogant, I just think he's trying to be something he's not, like Sally Webster from Corry. He's a mid table Premiership manager who's spent too much time memorising Sun Tzu quotes and drinking posh wine he doesn't even like. What he should be doing is drinking Guinness and ensuring he's got men on the post and a big lad 'up top'.

Strange post, that. Shooting him down because he dares to have ambition

Proud to say that the Sally Webster bit went way over my head.

I find I'm so excited, I can barely sit still or hold a thought in my head. I think it's the excitement only a free man can feel, a free man at the start of a long journey whose conclusion is uncertain. I hope I can make it across the border. I hope to see my friend and shake his hand. I hope the Pacific is as blue as it has been in my dreams. I hope she said no.

I must admit mate, as lowbrow as it is, that burger with a shirt picture and accompanying abuse just made me laugh on it's own merits, rather than because I dislike him or think he does a shit job. Reminds me of the kind of exchange that might happen at school.

Even Pearce has laughed about that one in the past. He's certainly not precious and seems to be extremely self-deprecating, which will always get some respect from me.
