Argued the toss over the last week or so with some "fans" on Twitter who were saying that it was "embarrassing" for the club that Henderson had been appointed as captain.This was in response to him breaking his foot, as well, which is classy. My point was that we've definitely missed him since he has been out. Similarly in the last few games of the 13/14 season, his absence was pivotal. 

 

Nothing against Milner, he seems like a decent lad, but i can't get on board with the same people saying he should be captain just because he won the league at City. Farcical argument really, considering he was never near the captaincy there either. Not saying Henderson is obvious captain material either, but denouncing his claim for it in favour of Milner seems mental to me.
