He played a lot of football at City and Klopp has shown he values guile in midfield very highly, Milner may be suffering from the fact that he is surrounded by other very work man like players in midfield.

Really great crosser of the ball and fantastic attitude, I'm not going to lie I've been one of his most vocal critics but you need characters like him in great squads.
